    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 7-13-350, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CERTIFIED CANDIDATES NOMINATED BY PETITION, PRIMARY, OR CONVENTION, SO AS TO PROHIBIT A CANDIDATE FROM BEING NOMINATED BY MORE THAN ONE POLITICAL PARTY AND TO REQUIRE THE AUTHORITY CHARGED BY LAW WITH PRINTING THE BALLOT TO PRINT THE NAME OF THE CANDIDATE WITH THE ONE PARTY WHICH NOMINATED HIM.
