    A Bill to amend Section 12-23-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the exemption of license taxes, so as to exempt electric power or energy generated by a facility where the primary energy source is derived from certain resources and under certain conditions or the facility generating the electric power or energy qualifies under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (P.L. 95-617).
