    A Bill to amend Title 48, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 40 so as to establish the Beach Management Trust Fund; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 12-35-715 so as to provide an additional accommodations tax in Beaufort, Charleston, Colleton, Georgetown, and Horry counties and provide for the use of its proceeds.
