A Bill to amend Act 581 of 1976 (formerly codified as Section 51-395.3 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1962, as amended), relating to the Recreation Commission of Richland County, so as to provide that the members of the Commission be appointed by the Governor upon recommendation by a majority of the members of the governing body of Richland County rather than by a majority of the members of the Richland County Legislative Delegation.
