    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-1-430, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE MAKEUP OF SCHOOL DAYS MISSED BECAUSE OF SNOW OR OTHER EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE MANNER IN WHICH EACH SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES SHALL PLAN THE SCHOOL TERM SO THAT UP TO THREE NONINSTRUCTIONAL DAYS SHALL BE DESIGNATED AS MAKEUP DAYS FOR THIS PURPOSE.
