    A Bill to amend Section 7-13-1640, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to voting machine requirements, so as to provide that the State Board of Voting Machine Commissioners be provided with either an illustration or a mechanical voting machine model which illustrates the manner of voting on the machine; and to amend Section 7-13-1810, relating to the requirement that there must be provided on election day a mechanically operated model of a voting machine for instruction of voters, so as to authorize an illustration or mechanically operated model be provided for instruction of voters.-amended title
