    A Bill to amend Section 10-5-220, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions for purposes of the Barrier Free Design Standards Law, so as to delete the requirement in the definition of "renovation" that the changes in the project must be structural to come within the definition and to amend Section 10-5-273, as amended, relating to the exception provided for upper floors under these standards for buildings of a certain size, so as to revise this exception.
