A Bill to amend Chapter 1, Title 56, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the motor vehicle driver's license, by adding Article 11 so as to require the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation to suspend the driver's license of persons convicted of violating the provisions of Section 61-9-50, and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 61-13-837 so as to require convictions of the enumerated offenses to be reported to the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
