    A Bill to amend 20-7-1572, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to grounds for termination of parental rights, so as to delete that failure to support a child requires a request for a contribution by the custodian of the child and to provide that a request for support is a circumstance that the court may consider in determining whether a parent has wilfully failed to support a child.
