    A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 27, Title 58, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to electric utilities and electric cooperatives by adding Section 58-27-235 so as to provide that the rates of electric cooperatives are subject to review and approval by the Public Service Commission in the same manner and under the same conditions that the rates of electric utilities are subject to review and approval.
