    AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 57-1-90 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST MOTORCYCLES, MOTORCYCLE OPERATORS, OR MOTORCYCLE PASSENGERS WHEN IT FORMULATES TRANSPORTATION POLICY, PROMULGATES REGULATIONS, ALLOCATE FUNDS, AND PLANS, DESIGNS, CONSTRUCTS, EQUIPS, OPERATES, AND MAINTAINS A TRANSPORTATION FACILITY, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE ALLOCATION OF PARKING SPACE IN CERTAIN TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES MUST MAKE REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR MOTORCYCLE PARKING. - ratified title
