    A Bill to amend Section 8-11-160, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Agency Head Salary Commission, so as to abolish the Commission and provide that the salary of an agency head may only be set in the annual General Appropriations Bill; and to repeal Sections 8-11-165 and 8-11-170, relating to certain responsibilities of the Agency Head Salary Commission.
