    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-29-45 SO AS TO REQUIRE A COURSE IN CREDIT MANAGEMENT TO BE TAUGHT IN THE PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE STATE, AND TO AMEND SECTION 59-29-10, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO SUBJECTS REQUIRED TO BE TAUGHT IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF EACH SCHOOL DISTRICT, SO AS TO ADD A COURSE IN CREDIT MANAGEMENT.
