    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS THE COLLECTIVE BELIEF AND DESIRE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY THAT THE NEXT MAJOR HIGHWAY PROJECT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHOULD BE ONE THAT PROVIDES HORRY COUNTY WITH ACCESS TO THE INTERSTATE SYSTEM.
