    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 41-13-20, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROMULGATION OF REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE PROHIBITION AGAINST OPPRESSIVE CHILD LABOR PRACTICES, SO AS TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT THAT SUCH REGULATIONS MAY NOT BE MORE RESTRICTIVE OR BURDENSOME THAN FEDERAL LAW.
