Summary: Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact
    AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING CHAPTER 12 TO TITLE 50 SO AS TO ENACT THE "INTERSTATE WILDLIFE VIOLATOR COMPACT", TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES SHALL EXECUTE THE COMPACT WITH OTHER COMPACT STATES, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES SHALL TAKE ALL ACTIONS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE PROVISIONS OF THE COMPACT. - ratified title
