    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 38-78-55 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PREEXISTING CONDITION ON PROPERTY COVERED UNDER A SERVICE CONTRACT MAY NOT BE CLASSIFIED AS A PREEXISTING CONDITION THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE PROVIDER PROVIDES NOTICE OF THE PREEXISTING CONDITION.
