    A Bill to amend Section 7-9-90, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to state committees of political parties, so as to provide that in the case of the Republican and Democratic State Committees, the presidents of the South Carolina Federation of Republican Women and the South Carolina Federation of Democratic Women are ex officio members of their respective state committees.
