    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-63-50 SO AS TO PROVIDE A FETAL DEATH REPORT MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE TO A FUNERAL DIRECTOR HANDLING ASSOCIATED FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS UPON REQUEST WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR HOURS OF THE FETAL DEATH.
