    A Bill to regulate the practice of haircare in South Carolina, to create the State Board of Haircare, to provide for the examination and licensure of haircare practitioners, and to provide penalties; and to amend Act 608 of 1978, as amended, relating to the periodic review of the operation of state agencies prior to termination or reauthorization so as to add the Board of Haircare.
