    A Bill to amend Section 9-1-1140, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to creditable service for purposes of the South Carolina Retirement System, so as to provide that employment by a redevelopment commission created by a municipal governing body is considered creditable service upon payment of the amount required by law for establishing creditable service.
