    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-71-240 so as to require insurers offering for sale accident, health, or accident and health insurance which limits access to physicians or hospitals to include the limitation in bold print in the promotional material for the policy and in the policy.
