    A Bill to create a Registration and Elections Commission for Bamberg County and to abolish the Office of Commissioners of Election and the Registration Board of Bamberg County and devolve their powers and duties upon the Registration and Elections Commission, and to amend Act 201 of 1991 relating to the abolition of the Orangeburg County Board of Education, so as to provide that if a vacancy occurs on a school district board, the Orangeburg County legislative delegation shall appoint a trustee to fill the unexpired term.-amended title
