    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-77-245 so as to provide that when an uninsured motor vehicle is involved in an accident where the insured driver of the other vehicle is at fault, the uninsured driver, if any, is entitled to actual damages for bodily injury only.
