    A Bill to authorize the Board of Trustees of School District 1 of Orangeburg County to issue general obligation bonds at one time or from time to time in an amount not exceeding eight million five hundred thousand dollars to fund a pre-kindergarten through twelve school building complex; to prescribe the conditions under which the bonds may be issued, and the purposes for which the proceeds may be expended, and to make provision for the payment of the bonds.
