A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 1, Title 56, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to driver's license, by adding Section 56-1-215 so as to provide that the Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall provide a five-day grace period for renewing a license whenever the expiration date for the license falls on a Saturday, Sunday, state holiday, or day when the state offices are closed due to inclement weather.
