H 3605 General Bill, By R.S. Corning and E.D. Foxworth
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-101-300 so as to provide that no public institution of higher learning may begin classes for a new school year earlier than the day following Labor Day; and to amend Section 59-1-420, relating to the length of the public school term, so as to provide that no term may begin earlier than the day following Labor Day.
