    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 30-4-75 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT MEETINGS OF THE GOVERNOR WITH AGENCY OR DEPARTMENT HEADS HE APPOINTS TOGETHER WITH ANY OTHER PUBLIC OFFICIALS OR EMPLOYEES INVITED TO ATTEND MUST BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC IN THE SAME MANNER AND UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS THAT MEETINGS OF PUBLIC BODIES MUST BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT.
