    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-101-345 so as to provide that all state-supported institutions of higher learning, not later than the beginning of school year 1995-96, must have dormitory rooms or other types of suitable housing available to house not less than fifty percent of their then currently enrolled boarding students.
