    A Bill to amend Act 199 of 1971, as amended, relating to the North Greenville Fire District, so as to provide that members of the governing body must be elected on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of odd-numbered years and provide that the terms of members serving on the effective date of this Act are extended until their successors are elected and qualify.
