    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 61-5-35 so as to prohibit drinking games in establishments which sell alcoholic liquors for consumption on the premises, to provide penalties, and to define "drinking games" and "alcoholic liquors".
