    A BILL TO AMEND ARTICLE 37, CHAPTER 6, TITLE 12, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 12-6-5085 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AN INDIVIDUAL TAXPAYER WHO DESIRES TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FUND MAY DESIGNATE THE CONTRIBUTION ON THE STATE INCOME TAX FORM.
