    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 1-3-60 so as to add railroad corridor preservation to the railroad revitalization duties of the Division of Transportation of the Governor's Office of Executive Policy and Programs, to provide for the interim compatible use of railroad corridors, and to provide for the acquisition of property of a railroad corridor not part of an existing active railroad line by purchase, gift, condemnation, or other method.
