    A Bill to amend Chapter 23 of Title 16, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 4 so as to create the crimes of criminal transfer of a firearm, theft of a firearm, and receiving a stolen firearm and to provide penalties; to amend Section 16-1-10, relating to felonies, so as to add the crimes created to the list of crimes classified as felonies.
