    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-103-45 so as to provide that the Commission on Higher Education each fiscal year shall reduce the formula funding to state-supported institutions of higher learning that accept applicants based upon gender and to provide for the manner in which the formula funding must be reduced.
