    A Bill to amend Section 42-19-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the provision that records of the State Workers' Compensation Commission, in certain situations, shall not be open to the public and certain exceptions to this provision, so as to allow access to these records by state agencies satisfying the Commission of their interest and of the right to inspect the records.
