    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 40-11-155 so as to provide that for purposes of reinstatement of a contractor's license, a person who previously stood and passed the contractor's licensing examination jointly must be treated as if he stood and passed the examination individually.
