    A Bill to reauthorize the existence of the South Carolina Environmental Certification Board for six years; and to amend Section 40-23-20, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the membership of the Environmental Certification Board, so as to decrease the number of members from fourteen to nine and provide for their appointment.
