    A Bill to amend Sections 14-25-95, 14-25-105, 18-3-10, 18-3-60, 18-3-70, and 22-3-760, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to cases in and appeals from magistrates' courts and municipal courts, so as to provide that these appeals must be to the Court of Common Pleas rather than to the Court of General Sessions.
