    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-53-1655 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL TO PROVIDE PRESCRIPTION REPORT CARDS TO PRACTITIONERS UTILIZING THE PRESCRIPTION MONITORING PROGRAM THAT INCLUDE DATA RELEVANT TO A PRACTITIONER'S PRESCRIBING PRACTICES; AND TO AMEND SECTION 44-53-1650, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF PRESCRIPTION MONITORING PROGRAM DATA, SO AS TO ALLOW THE RELEASE OF PRESCRIPTION REPORT CARDS TO PRACTITIONERS.
