    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-650, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to duties of a local child protective agency, so as to provide that facts indicating a violation of criminal law be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies within twenty-four hours and an incident report filed, and when facts indicate sexual abuse, law enforcement agencies must be notified within twenty-four hours and an incident report filed.
