    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-63-245 so as to require a school district board of trustees to expel for no less than one year a student who brings a firearm to school or to any setting under jurisdiction of the board, and to provide the procedures for and other requirements of such expulsion.
