    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-101-450 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS OF STATE-SUPPORTED COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY BOARDS OF TRUSTEES WHO ARE ELECTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OR APPOINTED BY THE GOVERNOR MAY SERVE NO MORE THAN TWO FULL FOUR-YEAR TERMS, AND TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS.
