    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 31-18-60, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO NOTIFICATION OF SHOOTING RANGE NOISE AREAS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF EACH COUNTY MAY BY ORDINANCE EXEMPT ALL OR ANY PART OF AN AREA WITHIN A RADIUS OF ONE MILE FROM A SHOOTING RANGE FROM THE "SHOOTING RANGE-NOISE AREA" SIGN REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION.
