    A BILL TO AMEND SECTIONS 62-3-801 AND 62-3-803, BOTH AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BOTH RELATING TO CREDITORS' CLAIMS AGAINST AN ESTATE, SO AS TO INCREASE THE TIME FOR PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS FROM WITHIN EIGHT MONTHS TO WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS AFTER NOTICE TO THE CREDITORS AND TO PROVIDE FURTHER, THAT A CREDITOR MAY FILE A CLAIM AGAINST A DECEDENTS' ESTATE AT ANY TIME WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS AFTER THE DEATH OF THE DECEDENT.
