A Concurrent Resolution requesting the Department of Highways and Public Transportation to name the bypass which is located on the northwestern, northern, northeastern, and eastern sides of the city of Sumter originating at U.S. 76 and U.S. 378 northwest of Sumter and ending on the eastern side of the city at U.S. 378, The Robert E. Graham Freeway, and to repeal H. 3370 of 1986, a Concurrent Resolution requesting that the Department name Wesmark Boulevard and Carter Road in Sumter County The Robert E. Graham Boulevard.
