    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-63-455 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE RACIAL COMPOSITION OF THE ENROLLMENT OF ANY SPECIALIZED SCHOOLS ESTABLISHED BY A SCHOOL DISTRICT, INCLUDING ACADEMIC MAGNET, MILITARY MAGNET, MONTESSORI, PROGRESSIVE, AND AUTONOMOUS SCHOOLS, MAY NOT DIFFER FROM THE RACIAL COMPOSITION OF THE ENROLLMENT OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AS A WHOLE BY MORE THAN TEN PERCENT.
