S 0398 General Bill, By W.R. Lee, Giese and Thomas
    A Bill to amend Section 4-9-30, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to a county's power to obtain injunctive relief in the Court of Common Pleas to abate nuisances, so as to provide that counties may enact ordinances and obtain injunctive relief in the Court of Common Pleas to abate all nuisances that disturb the peace and good order in the community where the nuisances are located.
