A Concurrent Resolution to encourage governmental entities and law enforcement agencies to adopt procedures to ensure that property on which a crime or accident has occurred is properly disinfected where blood, body fluids, or body tissue remain and that these are properly disposed of; and to require the Department of Health and Environmental Control to provide technical assistance in the development of these procedures.
