H 4006 General Bill, By McKay
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-23-195 so as to make it unlawful for a dealer to sell or otherwise transfer to a purchaser a watercraft with an outboard motor which has horsepower in excess of that for which the watercraft is rated and to provide penalties for violations.
